Welcome to Slim with Friends!! 


Congratulations on making the first step towards progress!! We are so excited to have you a part of this group. Whether you are starting with us on week one, or you're joining in at a later date, we are so happy to have you with! 

Where to start? 

Here is a great way to go through our blog and create your new lifestyle, bit by bit!

1. Set your goals and write them down! Go to our GOALS tab for more detailed information here. Also see goal weight chart if you need help setting a healthy weight loss goal for yourself. Weigh, measure, and take pictures

2. Check our MONTHLY MISSION 

3. Check our WEEKLY CHALLENGE 

4. Browse the rest of the blog! Comment and participate!  

5. JOIN! We have a private facebook group where we make announcements - please join here the purpose of the private group is so we know who we have participating! We also have a group that was created by a friend of mine for fitness accountability. You can join that as well join here   (Women Only!)  
 

Although not required, the following materials will be what we are using to track our overall progress and keep ourselves aiming towards our goals.



- Calendar for fitness schedule/ weigh ins/ progress

- Journal for daily food log

- Scale to Weigh

- Measuring Tape (for measurements)

- Camera (before/during/after photos) 

**This blog will keep track of our meetings, our weight loss totals, have success markers and tips and fun blogs for weight loss and nutrition.Please be prepared to be open and honest, to share your ideas, tips, successes and ‘learning experiences’ with each other. We are all aiming towards the same goal! Everything we discuss will be kept private within the group and will *not* be discussed outside of our group meetings. By participating our Slim Support meetings, you agree to keep everything personally discussed confidential, so everybody is comfortable sharing. **
